Our client is a specialist water treatment technology provider delivering engineered solutions to industrial, food & beverage, healthcare, pharmaceutical, mining and municipal clients across Australia.
The business designs, manufactures and commissions advanced treatment systems including membrane filtration, reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), ultrapure water, water reuse and wastewater treatment systems.
Position Summary
An opportunity exists for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of turnkey water treatment systems projects across food & beverage, industrial and commercial sectors.
You will manage projects from contract award through to commissioning and handover, working closely with clients, engineering teams, suppliers, manufacturing personnel and site-based contractors.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of turnkey filtration, purification and water treatment projects from award through to commissioning and handover.
* Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and client expectations.
* Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning activities.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
* Manage technical queries, design reviews, project documentation and contract variations.
* Oversee FAT, SAT, commissioning and site-based delivery teams.
* Ensure successful project handover including as-built documentation, manuals and test reports.
* Identify opportunities for project variations, system upgrades and additional scope.
Required Experience
* Demonstrated experience delivering turnkey water, wastewater or process treatment projects.
* Exposure to technologies such as RO, UF, membrane filtration, PFAS treatment, water reuse or industrial treatment systems.
* Strong project management, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and commissioning activities.
* Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Environmental or related discipline.
