Your Role Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will be a seasoned Architectural Drafter and be responsible for influencing a positive, dynamic culture and primarily: Analyse designs and prepare preliminary sketches from detailed instructions Work closely with Sales, Estimating, Construction and liaise with relevant departments such as Councils, Engineering Consultants Prepare and manage planning and encumbrance applications Ensure compliance with council and regulatory requirements. Develop detailed architectural documentation using AutoCAD Liaise with client and other stakeholders Oversee engineering documents, energy assessments, and utility applications to support successful project approvals and delivery Other Details The position is an onsite, full-time position and offers a sound career path. Remuneration guide is $85K - $90K Super.
