Principal Consultant - SAP UI UX Architect
We are seeking a SAP UI/UX Designer – Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, modern user experiences across SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP landscapes. The role bridges design, architecture, and business transformation, working closely with functional and technical teams to redefine how users interact with SAP systems.
Responsibilities
* Lead end‐to‐end UX strategy and design across SAP S/4HANA and BTP solutions.
* Define and govern UI/UX architecture aligned to SAP Fiori design principles.
* Facilitate design thinking workshops with business stakeholders.
* Translate requirements into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Drive adoption of Fiori apps, UX personas, and role‐based design.
* Collaborate with functional consultants and developers.
* Ensure consistency across design systems and UX standards.
* Provide leadership across UX governance and innovation.
Working Conditions

Qualifications
* Strong experience with SAP Fiori / Fiori Launchpad.
* Experience with SAP UI5 and SAP BTP UX services.
* Understanding of Fiori design guidelines and role‐based UX design.
* Ability to define end‐to‐end UX architecture.
* Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
* Experience on SAP S/4HANA or BTP projects.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
* Experience supporting bids, solution design, and client presentations.
Highly Desirable
* Experience across Public and Private Cloud SAP environments.
* Exposure to BTP extensions (CAP, UI5, Fiori Elements).
* Experience with mobile UX or field workforce solutions.
* Design Thinking facilitation or certification.
