* Leading month-end close and producing timely, accurate financial reports
* Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and transactional outputs
* Managing tax compliance schedules, including BAS, FBT, PAYG, and payroll tax
* Supporting statutory reporting, audits, and year-end processes
* Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and driving process improvements

Key Responsibilities
* Month-End Close: Leading the month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reports are produced.
* Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and transactional outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Tax Compliance: Managing tax compliance schedules, including BAS, FBT, PAYG, and payroll tax to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Statutory Reporting: Supporting statutory reporting, audits, and year-end processes to ensure accurate and timely completion.
* Process Improvement: Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
