About the Opportunities

Requirements
All roles:
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood education and child‑centred practice
- Solid understanding of the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Current Working with Children Check (NSW) and First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Proven experience in leadership and service management
Early Childhood Teachers:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- NESA Accreditation (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA approved)
