**The Position**
- Working within the Delta FM onsite team assisting with all day-to-day administration functions and service coordination of the facilities maintenance team.
- First point of contact for all trades and enquiries
- Processing of invoices, quotes and purchase orders
- Assist the Facilities Administration Supervisor in administrative tasks
- This role works on a rotating roster with shift times between 6am and 6pm.
**The Person**
- Highly organised with good attention to detail, time management, you can work effectively with competing priorities
- Great communication skills, you can communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Administration and data entry experience
- Experience within a trade administration role is highly desirable
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide proof of immunity for vaccine preventable diseases, including COVID vaccinations
