Main Duties:
1. Supervising and training food and beverage attendants of a lower grade
2. Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests
3. Undertaking general waiting duties
4. Preparing and mixing a range of sophisticated drinks
5. Taking drink orders
6. Preparing garnishes
7. Cleaning bar areas
8. Cleaning tables
9. Picking up glasses
10. Cleaning and care of glasses and equipment

Position Title - Waiter Supervisor
Main duties:
1. Supervision, training and coordination of food and beverage employees
2. Holding keys for the security of gaming, bar and bottleshop areas
3. Entry/supervision of entries in accounting records required to be kept and maintained under the relevant Act
4. Responsibility for gaming conduct and access to internal parts of machines
5. Attendance/operation of a gaming machine terminal
6. Arranging remedial repairs to gaming equipment
7. Preparing displays and presenting stock, including specials
8. Cleaning bar areas, glasses and equipment
9. Picking up glasses and taking drink orders
10. Preparing and mixing a range of sophisticated drinks
11. Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests
12. Using the EFTPOS machine
13. Maintain stock control
14. Practising proper workplace health and safety procedures
15. Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the Employer

Position Title - Restaurant Manager
Main duties:
1. Opening and Closing the Hotel
2. Assist Senior Management with the day to day operations of the various departments of the Hotel
3. Manage Hotel team members on a daily basis including preparation of rosters, training and development, customer service standards and performance management
4. Holding keys for the security of gaming, bar and bottle shop areas
5. Promoting and marketing the business
6. Management of inventory and ordering of stock for the Hotel
7. Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling Hotel expenditure
8. Delivering business results by achieving set targets KPI's and objectives set by Senior Management
9. Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
10. Handling customer complaints in a timely manner
11. Leading and compiling the daily handover for the next Duty Manager
12. Ensure all hotel team members create customer service delivery that is timely, effective, and efficiently meets Hotel standards
13. Ensure that cash handling responsibilities are adhered to, all shift takings are recorded, and investigate variances and discrepancies as required
14. Communicate and implement policies and procedures to all employees’ to ensure operational and service standards are maintained
15. Conduct regular floor checks of all Hotel areas to ensure Hotel areas are clean and well maintained
