Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents, tenants, and guests.
* Handle resident enquiries related to tenancy, wellbeing, and general needs, resolving or escalating issues as required.
* Oversee resident check‐ins/check‐outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks.
* Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, contractors, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Perform administrative tasks, including mail management, end‐of‐shift processing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Skills & Experience
* Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
* Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
* Proficient with technology and confident in administrative systems.
* Excellent communication skills and professional presentation.
* Previous experience in front office, reception, or hospitality environments (desirable).
