Key Responsibilities
* Perform all trade activities and liaise with Foreperson/Site Manager on site activities
* Support site supervision and manage coordination of small teams or subcontractors as a Leading Hand
* Contribute to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) compliance on site
* Assist in monitoring construction programs to ensure works are delivered on time
* Participate in toolbox meetings
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and site presentation
Qualifications
* Proven experience in landscape and/or civil construction
* Strong knowledge of horticulture
* Current Construction Induction (White) Card
* Valid driver's licence
* Initiative in solving problems and accelerating completion of tasks relevant to the job
* Ability to set out projects and lead by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
