This full-time Northern suburbs-based role offers the chance to build a commercial asset management desk from the ground up while driving leasing and sales campaigns across retail, industrial, and office portfolios.

What you'll do:
* Manage day-to-day operations of a portfolio of commercial properties tenant liaison, rent reviews, lease renewals
* Lead leasing campaigns from marketing to deal close – brochures, inspections, negotiations
* Support commercial sales listings – proposals, campaigns, and vendor liaison
* Proactively develop new business and identify growth opportunities
* Deliver exceptional client service and maintain accurate records
What we're looking for:
* Current real estate licence
* 2+ years commercial real estate experience (sales and/or leasing)
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proactive, accountable, hands-on approach
* Strong knowledge of Melbourne's commercial property market
