The Role
As Store Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the store's performance, from driving sales and managing large stock volumes, to leading your team and maintaining first-class visual merchandising standards. You'll be hands-on in building strong relationships with parents, students, and school representatives, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's commitment to quality and service.
What We're Looking For
* Senior retail management experience in a high-volume environment
* Proven leadership skills: coaching, motivating, and developing teams
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with both retail shoppers and school clients
* Visual merchandising flair with high attention to detail
* Experience in managing inventory, stock-takes, and wage budgets
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A professional and approachable manner, with a passion for creating a welcoming store atmosphere
