Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment
* Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
