Looking for Support Workers around St Kilda, VIC Area.

About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and proactive Male Support Workers to join our team. You will assist participants in their homes and the community, helping with daily living tasks, personal care, transport, and social engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting
* Assist with meal preparation, household cleaning, and laundry
* Support community participation, social activities, and appointments
* Encourage skill building and independence in daily tasks
* Follow participant care plans and NDIS guidelines
* Maintain accurate shift notes and incident reports as required
Requirements:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
* Working with Children Check (if required by role)
* First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle with insurance
* Experience in disability or aged care (Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent desirable)
* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to person-centred care
