We are looking for a qualified RN with fluency in all aspects of Practice Nursing to assist us with our clinical workload, including complex case & chronic disease management. We are a friendly & professional team, providing high‐quality, private‐billing healthcare in a relaxed and informal way – check out our Google reviews for a sense of how people feel about us!
The ideal candidate will be a caring and dedicated nurse, who is also self‐directed, time‐efficient, and understands the Medicare and business aspects of general practice. This will require you to be both comfortable with adopting our due‐processes, but also taking the initiative to act upon opportunities to optimise patient‐wellness, non‐clinical & practice income.
The role is likely to be casual while we get to know each other, with a view to permanent employment after the appraisal period – but this is negotiable. Our roster offers flexibility to benefit from and contribute to leave arrangements. The position includes but is not limited to: care plans & health assessments; general nursing e.g. wound management & immunisations; clinician support (e.g. procedures); service development; maintenance of stocks, medicines, vaccine fridges, etc.
