Requirement
• Education: Tertiary qualifications in mental health, social science, or human services.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in client-centered casework, specifically with trauma-informed practice and complex needs.
• Compliance: National Police Check, Working with Children Check (WWCC), and First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Logistics: Valid Driver's Licence and a comprehensively insured motor vehicle.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a high-volume workload with high attention to detail.
Work Conditions
• Hours: 21 hours per week (Part-time).
• Contract: 5-year fixed-term contract.
• Pay: SCHADS Award – Level 5.
