Serving commercial contracts in Queensland and Current South Wales, they are trusted by Government, Healthcare, Public and Private Sector Organisations.
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail‐oriented Scheduler/ Admin to join their team.
Job Summary
As a Scheduler/ Admin, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating service calls for their team of technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule and coordinate jobs for technicians across multiple fields
* Monitor and track the status of ongoing service requests
* Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts
* Provide administrative support to the team and management
Requirements
* Proven experience in scheduling (from a services industry)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Knowledge of Google Workspace & Workguru is a plus but not essential
* Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* A proactive and solutions‐oriented approach to problem‐solving
* Previous experience in HVAC industry is a plus but not required
