Catering Assistants and Kitchen Hands will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* Understanding of dietary requirements
* A high level of personal presentation & communication skills
* Attention to detail with a commitment the highest level of service
* The ability to prioritise and manage tasks
* The right to work within Australia
* A recent Police Check (or willing to obtain one)
Uniform: Black tailored trousers, plain black t-shirt, skull cap and black apron, black enclosed leather look shoes (suitable for the kitchen)
