About The Role
Gaming Attendant | Highbury Hotel | Dream big with us! We are looking for a proactive Gaming Attendant to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service. You will work to comply with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that guests won’t forget.
- Contribute positively to a culture of safety and compliance with RSA and RCG/RSG regulations.
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
About You / Qualifications
- You are outstanding with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for guests and teammates.
- You are a team player with flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
- You bring your authentic self to ALH, which is known for its people.
