The goal is to assist people in their own pathway to recovery.The Key Deliverables of the role are:Develop individually tailored recovery plans with each participant which incorporate specific individual goals focusing on skill and knowledge development, including physical health and wellbeing and housing outcomes.the skills Certificate IV or Diploma in Mental Health, AOD, or a related community services field, and relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and experienceCurrent valid Driver's License and the ability to undertake travel for the roleWellways connects people, strengthens families, and transforms communities for individuals of all ages experiencing disabilities or challenges to their social and emotional wellbeing.
