high‑performing Senior Project Manager & Estimator
with the foresight to anticipate project pathways, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance office‑based planning with decisive on‑site execution.
You’ll lead commercial installations (new builds & fit‑outs), programmed maintenance, service works, and complex project delivery – bringing together
strategic and client‑facing leadership, and

Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial, service and maintenance projects across Victoria
Manage the full project lifecycle: scoping, estimating, design input, procurement, scheduling, delivery & close‑out
Prepare accurate electrical estimates, tenders & cost breakdowns for a mix of project sizes and complexity
Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
Mentor technicians, apprentices, and office staff to maintain high performance
Drive safety, compliance & technical quality across all projects
Manage budgets, variations, purchasing, progress claims and financial reporting
Identify risks early and implement practical yet effective solutions
Provide hands‑on support on‑site when deadlines tighten
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ experience as an Electrical Project Manager (commercial experience strongly preferred; background as a business owner, senior tradesperson or leadership‑level PM highly regarded)
Proven electrical estimating capability across small & large commercial projects
Strong technical grounding across commercial electrical installations, service work & compliance
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, deadlines, and priorities
Confident communicator with clients and stakeholders at all levels, from site teams to executives
High level of organisation, accountability, and problem‑solving
Proficiency with project platforms, job management systems, WHS protocols & reporting tools
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive high performance
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
