Product Service Expertise Specialist
Main Responsibilities:
Caterpillar is seeking a Product Service Expertise Specialist to provide ongoing support and technical guidance to customers and dealers.
* Identify and correct product deficiencies using CPI and DSN processes.
* Maintain technical liaison between Caterpillar and dealers.
* Prepare Failure Analysis, Summary Reports, and review Problem Lists.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong electrical and mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and motivate others.
