Population Health Specialist
In this role, you will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies for reducing tobacco-related harm.
About the Role:
* This is a key position in our organisation's efforts to promote population health approaches to improving wellbeing and reducing health inequities.
Key Responsibilities:
* You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives aimed at reducing tobacco use and optimising health and wellbeing in the community.
* Closely working with government agencies, non-government agencies, and stakeholders to identify and develop strategies for state and national priorities related to reducing tobacco-related harm.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Significant expertise in project/policy development and implementation, with high-level knowledge of current political, social, community, and health service issues relevant to population health approaches to reducing tobacco use.
* Proven experience in planning, implementing, and evaluating strategies to achieve outcomes related to population health approaches to reducing tobacco use.
