The Athlete's Foot is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join their team as a Sales Assistant. As a key member of the sales floor team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, operational excellence, and contributing to the store's success.
Job Description:
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable shopping experiences. You will work closely with the Management team to achieve sales targets, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
As a Sales Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service. You will also have access to ongoing training and support to help you grow and succeed in your role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating unforgettable shopping experiences
* A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
* Ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
* Self-motivated and willing to meet/exceed sales targets
* Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
* Full availability on late night trade and weekends & Monday to Wednesday day availability
* Demonstrated customer service experience (Retail, hospitality, supermarket retail)
