Service Technician - Industrial

Townsville - Industrial, Queensland

What we are looking for:
* Trade-qualified Diesel Mechanic, ideally with Heavy Construction Equipment experience
* Solid hydraulic and electrical diagnostic skills (highly regarded)
* Openness to participating in overtime opportunities
* Ability to travel and stay overnight if required
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Team-focused attitude and pride in your workmanship
* Welding experience – an advantage
* A genuine passion for customer results and our industry
Responsibilities:
You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive, and highly skilled team, working across a range of premium machinery in a dynamic and rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
With a rapidly growing customer base, we are seeking to expand our team to match demand. This role is based at our Townsville Industrial branch, conveniently located on Woolcock Street, Garbutt.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Perform service, repairs, and diagnostics in line with manufacturer specifications
* Interact with OEMs to resolve issues and share learning throughout the team
* Engaging with customers and making it easy for them to achieve their goals
* Collaborate with parts and sales teams to deliver high quality results
* Work safely and efficiently within job guidelines and timeframes
* Completing service processes and documentation for every job
* Contribute to a positive, can-do team environment
