**Job Description**
We are looking for a Senior Lawyer who has experience in conducting first client appointments, providing initial legal advice, and managing Legal Cost Agreements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in personal injury law, particularly in Public Liability or Work and Road matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to deliver improved conversion and client satisfaction outcomes. They will also be expected to demonstrate innovative thinking and capability to test new techniques, including adoption and learning of new technology to enhance process effectiveness.
In addition to their technical skills and expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as demonstrated skills in effective networking and relationship management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 5 years post-admission experience as a Personal Injury Lawyer, preferably in Public Liability or Work and Road.
* Expert knowledge and passion for Personal Injury law, particularly in Public Liability or Work and Road matters.
* Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated skills in effective networking and relationship management.
* Previous experience in running a file load.
* Experience in management and/or mentoring of junior lawyers or support staff.
