About the Role

An opportunity exists to join the Occupational Therapy team at the Orange Health Service as a level 1–2 Temporary Part-Time clinician within the General Hospital. The Occupational Therapy team at Orange Health Services is a friendly and dynamic team.
We work as part of a large multidisciplinary team that is committed to providing all patients with holistic, evidence-based care that focuses on patient safety and engagement. We support and encourage our clinicians to engage in continuing professional development, much of which is provided internally.
At Orange health service our Occupational Therapists are exposed to a range of clinical areas including Acute Care (ICU, Medical, Surgical, Coronary care), Rehabilitation, Paediatrics & Hand therapy.
The Occupational Therapy service operates Monday to Friday ****hrs to ****hrs. The successful applicant will be supported by a Senior member within the department.
Responsibilities & Core Skills
We seek the recruitment of a competent Occupational Therapist with established core skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, strong time-management skills, competence in reporting writing (e.g. NCAT/Enable/NDIS), discharge planning and able to manage own wellbeing.
Qualifications & Experience
