Job Overview
DSV Solutions is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and respect across all communications. The role requires strong teamwork, a proactive approach to learning, and a commitment to achieving targets and results. Key duties include effective problem‐solving, high attention to detail, efficient task management, and proficient use of computer systems such as WMS and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond in a timely manner to phone and email enquiries related to orders, deliveries, and transport.
* Monitor ticket queues and prioritize tasks to meet SLAs.
* Assist with analysis of dispatch status.
* Inform clients of order status promptly.
* Provide operational and administrative support to the Customer Service Manager and DSV Operations and Transport teams regarding orders, deliveries, and freight administration.
* Support existing and new products and services, identify ways to reduce costs and increase profitability, and retain existing clients and business.
* Assist and resolve invoice queries in conjunction with operations/account management.
* Develop and maintain productive and positive relationships with clients.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience within the transport and logistics industry in a customer support role.
* Strong system experience: WMS and Microsoft Excel.
* Experience working in a high‐volume and fast‐paced environment.
* Strong commitment to delivering high‐quality customer service.
