We are a leading medicinal cannabis pharmacy based on the Sunshine Coast, committed to delivering impeccable services to our customers. Our focus is not just on in-person dispensary operations, but also our robust postal service ensuring timely delivery for our remote clients.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of dispensary assistants. Ensure that all customer orders are attended to promptly, and all phone calls are answered efficiently.
**KPI Reporting**: You will be required to report daily to the pharmacy owner on:
Order status
Customer inquiries and feedback.
Team performance and any training needs.
Stock inventory and requirements.
**Operational Management**: Oversee and maintain the efficient operation of the dispensary, ensuring all systems, procedures, and standards are adhered to.
**Continuous Improvement**: Regularly review and refine operational processes to ensure the highest level of service.
**Hours of Operation**: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday 9
- Proven experience in a managerial role in pharmacy
- Strong team management skills with an emphasis on staff training and development.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in daily reporting and understanding the importance of KPIs.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence.
- Z-dispensing experience, preferred
