Job Title: Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing daily operations, driving efficiency and quality of service across multiple sites.
* Develop and implement operational procedures to streamline processes and improve overall performance;
* Manage staff schedules, equipment and client contracts with precision and attention to detail;
* Mentor Team Leaders and cleaning staff to foster a positive work environment and promote growth within the team;
* Lead client relationships, conduct site visits and develop customized cleaning plans that meet their unique needs and expectations;
* Ensure health and safety compliance by implementing robust policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a managerial or operations role, ideally within commercial cleaning or facilities management;
* Strong understanding of cleaning processes and industry best practices;
* Experience managing large teams and knowledge of health and safety regulations;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions and drive results-oriented initiatives.
