ABOUT THE ROLE
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple Kaizen Group concepts in Sydney
* Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams to deliver consistent, high-quality output
* Collaborate with Head Chefs and front-of-house leadership to align on service standards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across food quality, efficiency, and safety compliance
* Own kitchen P&L including COGS, labour, and waste reduction targets
* Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and inventory systems
* Champion a positive kitchen culture grounded in respect, accountability, and growth
WHAT YOU BRING
* 5+ years in senior kitchen or culinary management
* Experience across multi-site or multi-concept operations
* Strong people leadership and team development skills
* Solid understanding of food safety, HACCP & compliance
* Financial acumen — budgeting, labour, and cost control
* Calm under pressure with a solutions-first mindset
