**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the ERP Replacement Business Lead, the EPM Business Lead plays a critical role in the delivery of the Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) requirements of the SAP ERP Replacement Project.

You will lead the development and implementation of EPM-related activities such as but not limited to requirements validation, report cataloguing, functional design, data migration, data cleansing, data reconciliation and reporting validation and testing.
You will also assist in the development and implementation of the Finance Reporting & Analytics Strategy to ensure that all reporting and analytics requirements of the project are successfully delivered as well as leveraging deep expertise in Oracle EPM modules and the associated business processes to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making
Key responsibilities:
- In concert with the EPM Technical Lead, develop a plan to implement Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM processes such as Financial Consolidation and Close, Tax Reporting, Narrative Reporting and Enterprise Data Management
- Lead design discussions between process owners, key business stakeholders and Implementation Partner including sign-off and approval of design decisions and related project artefacts
- Streamline relevant business processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with accounting and reporting standards, regulations, and tax laws
- Lead and manage the Oracle EPM updates process, recommend best practices and propose enhancements to optimize implementation of EPM modules
- Provide inputs to the data migration stream as it relates to EPM data including design and data reconciliation and validation approach
- Lead and manage data cleansing activities of EPM-related data, including reconciliation and validation activities
- Provide inputs to training strategy and building EPM capabilities within the RACV, including but not limited to, reporting super users
- Lead the development and management of artefacts to be used by EPM support team members and EPM end users
**Who we're looking for and what you'll bring**

- Degree qualification in Business/Commerce, IT, or related fields
- 10+ years' experience in Oracle ERP/EPM implementations or supporting Oracle ERP/EPM systems
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM modules such as Financial Consolidation and Close, Enterprise Data Management and Tax Reporting
- Proven experience leading streams of work within ERP/EPM implementation projects
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end EPM implementation or migration
