Operations Officer, Governance, Registration and Regulation Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of Permanency
Are you a dynamic, highly organised professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. The Operations Officer, Governance, Registration and Regulation will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a commitment to ACT public service values.
The operations officer will support the delivery of Teacher Quality Institute functions including teacher registration and permit to teach approval, teacher regulation, certification and accreditation of programs. The operations officer will liaise and negotiate with applicants, supervisors, education providers, and other stakeholders on matters affecting teachers and teacher education regulatory functions and compliance. Preparing correspondence working with a range of business systems including Content Manager will form part of the duties of the operations officer.

Eligibility
* Understanding of ACT and Government processes will be highly regarded, as will knowledge and understanding of teacher standards, teacher registration and regulation, including legislative, administrative and accountability frameworks.
* Prior experience in providing organisational support and a working knowledge of Content Manager will also be highly regarded.
Notes
This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of up to 12 months with the possibility of permanency. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
