Program Overview
ConocoPhillips invites emerging Process Engineers to join the Global Accelerate Program, commencing February 2027. The three‐year accelerated program offers on‐the‐job assignments, site rotations within Australia, technical and non‐technical training, structured mentoring, and extensive networking to foster professional growth and advancement.

About You – Eligibility and Qualifications
* Successfully obtained a tertiary qualification in chemical engineering, or be due to graduate with a chemical engineering degree by December 2026 (Honours preferred).
* Available to commence full‐time employment in February 2027.
* Australian citizen or permanent resident.
* Mobile for interstate or global work rotations.
