Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you'll bring your proactive mindset, strong attention to detail and customer‐first approach to a team that values precision, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Your day will involve:
* Own the end‐to‐end processing of weekly wages payroll
* Be the first point of contact for payroll queries, delivering prompt, effective resolutions
* Manage employee lifecycle changes including transfers, terminations and masterfile updates
* Maintain accurate time and attendance data across systems like Chris21 and Kronos
* Perform payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation
* Ensure all payroll activities meet legislative requirements, internal policies and audit standards
What are we looking for?
* Proven payroll experience within a large, EA‐driven, multi‐site organisation
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation, awards and compliance requirements
* Ability to manage high‐volume payroll in a fast‐paced environment
* Experience with Chris21/ichris is essential
* A detail‐oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence
