Position: Site Manager
Job Type: 6 Month Contract with possibility to transition into Permanent Role

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all daily site and kitchen operations independently with total accountability
* Deliver exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors to maintain a positive site culture
* Support hands-on duties including food preparation, kitchen presentation, and dishwashing as required
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety, HACCP compliance, and national operational standards
* Foster an organised and consistent kitchen environment focused on quality service and team efficiency
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience in hospitality management, contract catering, or site leadership roles
* Highly confident working independently and taking full ownership of end-to-end operations
* Strong customer service focus with a proactive and hands-on attitude toward daily tasks
* Exceptional organisational skills with a calm and reliable approach to fast-paced environments
* Must hold a valid Working with Children Check, Drivers Licence, Flu Vaccination, and RSA
