Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a contractor, offering competitive rates, flexible scheduling, and the autonomy to manage your own caseload while benefiting from strong referral streams and administrative support. We are a small, values-driven occupational therapy practice focussed on achieving quality outcomes for clients while offering genuine flexibility for clinicians. While we are a small practice, we have strong community partnerships and work closely with a multidisciplinary allied health network to deliver integrated therapy programs.
We are growing and are excited to welcome a Senior Occupational Therapist to manage a complex caseload, deliver client-centred, evidence-based interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise functional outcomes.
If you thrive in a flexible, community-based role and are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the disability sector, we'd love to hear from you.
We Offer
Competitive contractor rates: with the ability to increase earnings through flexible caseload management. 55–70% service fee split depending on experience.
Flexible working arrangements – choose the days, hours, and workload that suit your lifestyle. Control over your caseload – select the clients that align with your skills and interests. Established referral streams – step into a consistent flow of referrals with strong community partnerships.
Support when you need it – access clinical guidance, templates, standardised assessments, and experienced colleagues for collaboration. Opportunities for peer collaboration and clinical discussion with experienced occupational therapists. Positive culture: A team that genuinely enjoys their work and is deeply committed to helping clients succeed.
Your Role
Manage a complex caseload supporting people living with neurological conditions and other complex needs.
Requirements
Current registration as an Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. A proactive approach to managing your caseload and identifying client needs. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. A collaborative approach to working with colleagues and stakeholders. An interest in neurological conditions, complex needs, or another specialist area.
