About the Role
We are a premium commercial aquatic facility management company servicing high-end residential buildings, boutique hotels, body corporate complexes and luxury properties across Brisbane. We hold ourselves and our team to a standard that sets us apart from others in the market.
We are looking for an experienced Lead Commercial Pool Technician who takes genuine pride in their work, presents professionally and understands that in premium environments the standard is non-negotiable.
This is a role for someone who wants more than a route. There is genuine opportunity for the right person to grow into a senior position within the business.
What You Will Be Doing
* Servicing commercial pools, spas and aquatic facilities at premium properties across Brisbane
* Managing water chemistry, equipment checks and plant room inspections to a consistently high standard
* Building qualified relationships with building managers, body corporate managers and property owners
* Completing digital service reports and client communication after every visit
* Identifying equipment issues and maintenance recommendations proactively
* Supporting the training and development of additional technicians as the team grows
What We Are Looking For
* Minimum 2 years of commercial pool servicing experience — residential experience alone will not be considered
* Strong technical knowledge of water chemistry, chemical dosing, and plant room equipment
* Excellent personal presentation and professional communication skills
* Comfortable using digital tools for service reporting and client communication
* Reliable, punctual, and takes genuine pride in the quality of their work
* Experience with basic equipment repairs is highly regarded
* Current driver's licence essential
