Our State Government is currently seeking an AO6 Project Manager on a contract from 8 December 5 to June 6.
The role requires a high level of skill, leadership, and professional knowledge in delivering project management services for building projects.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all stages of building projects, including pre-design, design, documentation, contract administration, and post-construction, ensuring quality, cost, time, and scope objectives are met.
Coordinate project staff, external consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
Provide high-level contract management across traditional and non-traditional systems.
Interface with clients and stakeholders regarding operational and project matters.
Conduct project audits, monitor team performance, and generate exception reports for time and cost variances.
Support senior management in determining fees, billing approvals, and project financials.
Lead negotiations with consultants, authorities, internal stakeholders, clients, and contractors to deliver value-for-money solutions.
Apply professional expertise to add value and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.
