TES Live is the leading producer and supplier of family entertainment and live activation across the Australian and International markets. **The Role**
The Event Producer is responsible for leading and managing the development, production and delivery of events in order to meet client's expectations and budget requirements. The role includes managing operational, implementation and administrative functions internally to ensure specific events are delivered efficiently and effectively.

What does a day in the life look like?
**Role Responsibilities**
- **Client & Stakeholder Management**: Build trusted client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure clear communication throughout the event lifecycle.
- **Sales & Proposals**: Create compelling proposals, negotiate budgets, and support sales targets through strong client retention.
- **Event Delivery**: Plan and execute seamless events—including timelines, run sheets, site visits, production schedules, and on-site coordination.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams (sales, creative, production) and external partners to bring events to life.
- **Finance & Admin**: Oversee budgets, process invoices, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- **Safety**: Ensure all events comply with OHS regulations.
**The Person**
- **Stakeholder Management**: Strong ability to understand stakeholder needs, build trust, and negotiate effective solutions.
- **Leadership**: Confidently guides cross-functional teams with clear direction and day-to-day support.
- **Project Management**: Skilled in creating and executing project plans while coordinating multiple activities and teams.
- **Communication**: Builds strong relationships and communicates complex ideas with clarity, tact, and diplomacy.
- **Planning & Organisation**: Keeps systems accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth tracking and delivery.
- **Problem Solving**: Uses experience and insight to identify root causes and offer practical, client-focused solutions.
- **Influence & Negotiation**: Understands client perspectives and crafts persuasive responses to drive outcomes.
**Desirable background/experience**:
- Experience in the live entertainment, touring, or events sector
**Other key considerations for this position**
- Due to the nature of this role, work is required outside of business hours and on the weekend.
- Spend extended periods of time on your feet at events
