Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist, you will support injured or ill workers in regaining functional capacity and independence with their ADLs within the home and community. You will collaborate with clients, employers, medical professionals, and insurers to deliver evidence-based, goal‐oriented interventions.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive ADL assessments to evaluate an individual's functional abilities and support needs within the home and/or community to promote independence.
* Liaise with employers, case managers, medical professionals, and insurers to provide clinical updates and ensure alignment of rehabilitation goals.
* Make recommendations for equipment, home modifications, or support services based on assessment findings.
* Identify suitable equipment and service providers, including attendance at equipment trials where indicated.
* Prepare timely, high‐quality reports outlining findings, recommendations, and clinical reasoning.
* Educate clients and families on adaptive strategies, energy conservation, and safe task performance.
* Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to professional, legal, and ethical standards of practice.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA.
* Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry is highly regarded.
* Strong communication skills.
* Compassion, kindness, and empathy.
* Well‐developed time‐management skills.
* Current driver's licence and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
