The Role
As a Supervisor, Estimator or Supervisor/Estimator, you'll take ownership of insurance repair and reinstatement projects from initial assessment through to completion.
Working across residential and commercial claims, you'll be responsible for scoping works, preparing estimates, coordinating trades, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. No two days are the same. One day you may be assessing storm damage to a residential property, the next managing complex reinstatement works on a major loss commercial project.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections and damage assessments
* Prepare scopes of works and detailed repair estimates
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades throughout project delivery
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Liaise with insurers, assessors, homeowners and commercial clients
* Monitor project costs, variations and timelines
* Ensure compliance with building codes, safety requirements and company standards
* Deliver exceptional customer outcomes throughout the claims process
