Contract Administrator – Industrial Project | 6-Month Contract | ASAP Start Contract Duration: Up to 6 Months Industry: Commercial & Industrial Construction Start Date: ASAP A growing and highly regarded mid-tier builder is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team on a significant industrial construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable CA who can hit the ground running and work autonomously within a supportive project team. Reporting to the Project Manager and Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the commercial administration of the project, ensuring subcontractor and supplier obligations are managed efficiently throughout the delivery phase. Key Responsibilities Assessment and processing of subcontractor progress claims Invoice verification and processing Administration of subcontract agreements and variations Procurement of smaller trade packages and suppliers Contract correspondence and document control Cost tracking and reporting support Liaising with subcontractors, consultants, and the project team Assisting with project financial administration and month-end processes About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction industry Experience working on commercial, industrial, logistics, or large-scale construction projects Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong understanding of subcontract management and commercial processes Experience assessing subcontractor progress claims Exposure to procurement of trade packages and supplier engagement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Highly Regarded Experience using JobPac Experience using Aconex Previous experience working for a builder or head contractor What's on Offer Immediate start available Initial contract of up to 6 months with potential for extension Opportunity to work with a growing and well-respected mid-tier builder Collaborative and professional project team Competitive hourly or daily rate If you are a self-sufficient Contract Administrator looking for your next contract opportunity and can commence at short notice, we would like to hear from you.
