Community Engagement and Events Manager
As a key member of our team, you will lead the planning, management, and continuous improvement of school events and community engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with parents, alumni, and community partners, developing and implementing communication strategies, managing schedules and staff, and ensuring compliance with child safeguarding standards.
Key Accountabilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality school and community events that strengthen engagement and support enrolment growth.
* Manage event logistics, including budgets, staff, volunteers, and schedules to ensure successful outcomes.
* Built lasting relationships with parents/carers, alumni, associations, and community partners through various initiatives and projects.
* Support the Parents' Association and Old Boys' Association through strategic events, communications, and engagement programs.
