Responsibilities
* Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on mobile crushing equipment.
* Support shutdowns, breakdowns, and preventative maintenance activities.
* Assemble components using standard work procedures.
* Operate general hand tools (electric & pneumatic).
* Tackle breakdowns across various sites and diagnose issues quickly.
* Carry out preventative maintenance, rebuilds, and troubleshooting on high‐performing equipment.
* Collaborate with the HPGR team across sites in Perth and Port.
* Conduct fixed plant maintenance (planned and unplanned) including breakdown repairs.
* Perform maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyor systems, vibrating screens, and pumps.
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure high customer service.
* Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero‐harm behaviours.
Qualifications
* Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Qualification (essential).
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Motor Vehicle Mechanical Fitter or related role.
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or trade certification.
* A current and valid manual Australian driver's licence.
* Experience operating various cranes to company and manufacturer requirements, ensuring safe operation within limits.
Benefits & Working Conditions
* 5‐day work week (Monday to Friday) consisting of 10.5‐hour days.
* Pay rates ranging from $35 to $40 per hour based on experience, with potential overtime.
