Full time permanent role; Monday to Friday; Located at Regency Park.

Responsibilities
* Effective Supervision – Lead and motivate a team of rental store technicians to achieve operational excellence
* Ensure all team members are properly trained and adhere to company policies and procedures
* High-Level Communication – Maintain open lines of communication with team members, management, and customers
* Ensure clear and concise information flow and resolve any issues promptly
* Safety Assurance – Develop, implement, and monitor safety plans for all work carried out
* Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in a rental, construction, or industrial environment would be an advantage
* Relevant trade qualification essential. (Heavy Vehicle, Light Vehicle, Auto Electrical trades encouraged to apply)
* Current and valid driver's and High-risk Forklift licence essential
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly
* Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software
