The Role
* Lead day-to-day operations of a broadacre cropping enterprise to deliver strong production and financial outcomes.
* Develop and implement seasonal and long-term operational plans aligned with the strategic goals.
* Drive soil transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance land productivity and sustainability.
