Evidence of any qualifications must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of duties.If Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or equivalent has not been completed, then appointment will be at CA3 classification in the Allied Health Assistant position until successful completion of the qualifications. It is expected that the successful applicant complete the required qualifications within 24 months of employment.Blue Card Checks: Potential applicants are advised that the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Act 2000 requires Queensland Health to seek a 'working with children check' from the Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian prior to appointment to this position. 5.1.Drivers Licence: This position requires the incumbent to operate a manual and automatic vehicle, and a C licence endorsement to operate this type of vehicle is required.
