About the Role
Morgans Financial is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Adviser / General Manager to support our growth in our West Perth office and broader Western Australia.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with true autonomy, where your focus is on your clients, the team, and growth - not day‑to‑day operational administration.
You will lead a team of stockbrokers and financial advisers while continuing to build and manage your own client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of advisers and stockbrokers
* Work closely and collaboratively with other Morgans branches, plus the WA & SA State Directors
* Actively manage and grow your own portfolio of clients
* Identify strategic business opportunities and partnerships

* Operationally heavy
* Burdened with day‑to‑day management administration
About You
You are a high‑performing adviser or leader who:
* Has a proven track record in wealth management or stockbroking
* Brings an existing client base and, or strong referral networks
* Has experience leading or mentoring advisers (or is ready to step up)
* Is commercially minded with a growth mindset
* Values autonomy and ability to build your business, your way.
