Ascot Solicitors specialises in Wills and Estates, Family Law, Sale and Purchase of Business, Financial Hardship and Distress, Court Litigation, Liquidation and Bankruptcy & Conveyancing.
Due to its expanding growth, we have an opportunity for a successful candidate to join our office in Sunbury. Please note that the role is a full time position and we will not be accepting any candidates that cannot commit to the full time position.
The successful candidate will assist various Lawyers and Partners where they will enjoy a challenging and busy role in a variety of areas of law.
Some of the duties include, but not limited to:
* diary management and coordinate meetings
* answering phones and initial client enquiries
* type, proof read and edit documents
* draft legal letters and general correspondence
* liaise with internal and external clients
* open and close files including filing and archiving and general administration
* Time entry and preparation of monthly billing;
It is desirable for the candidate to have at least 1 year of experience in a law firm, however, we are willing to consider candidates who have experience in other professional sectors and have a genuine desire to work in legal the industry.
