We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead from the floor, not just the desk, and will be responsible for implementing systems and rolling out a new performance management framework across the business.
This is a dynamic role that requires strong initiative, approachability, and confidence when working across process and production staff and teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 2-5 years' experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures
* Ability to implement systems and roll out new frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
